Rules for accessing the Almodóvar Castle monument

We advise you to read these rules for accessing the monument to avoid any inconvenience

ACCESS RULES

· Access requires possession of a valid ticket for the day of your visit, which must be retained until departure, as it may be requested by Almodóvar Castle staff
· Ticket prices and discount and/or free admission policies will be those established on the Almodóvar Castle website
· Access to the shop requires the purchase of a ticket to Almodóvar Castle
· Access to medieval lunches requires purchasing a ticket to Almodóvar Castle
· For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times
· Animals are not permitted in the monument, except for guide dogs assisting disabled persons or dogs that, for professional training purposes, must adapt to different situations and environments. We have pet carriers available for visitors' pets

· You must respect and follow the instructions of the staff at all times, as well as those displayed along the route
· It is forbidden to touch the furniture, decorations, works of art, or to make use of them
· To ensure visitor safety and the proper conservation of the monument, recordings are made in accordance with current legislation
· The monument reserves the right to modify the itinerary as necessary, as well as to restrict access to certain areas and even temporarily suspend visits
· It is forbidden to bring in food from outside or to eat on the premises, including the courtyards
· Running around the monument is not permitted
· Please use a low tone of voice to contribute to the atmosphere of calm and respect that the place requires

Prohibitions and violations of the regulations of Almodóvar Castle

· Any activity that could cause damage to the monument is strictly prohibited
· The sale, resale on the street or by street vendors of tickets to the monument
· The forgery of tickets to access the monument
· Throwing any type of object or fluids inside the monument, especially from balconies and high areas
· Access to the monument with objects or substances that may pose a risk to the safety of people or artefacts is prohibited
· Access is prohibited to persons with obvious symptoms of intoxication or symptoms of being under the influence of narcotics
· Disrespect towards the monument, visitors or staff, as well as failure to comply with any of the rules and conditions for visiting, will result in immediate removal from the premises
