Cancellation policy

Cancellations may be made up to 3 days in advance with the following exceptions:

— Due to filming or closure of the castle.
— Due to force majeure.

Payment can be made in cash, online or by bank transfer.

If, in the 3 days prior to the visit, it is not possible to attend the visit, it may be postponed to another date in the current month or to the following month, as long as this is communicated and there is availability.

If, on the day of the visit, the number of people is higher, the difference will be paid. On the other hand, if the number of people is lower, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

If the cancellation meets the deadline or if it complies with the exceptions mentioned above, the refund will be 100% of the amount and will be made through the same means by which the cancellation was made. Otherwise, the amount already paid will not be refunded.

— Weather reasons that prevent the visit from taking place.
— Due to filming or closure of the castle.
— Due to force majeure (floods, illness of actors, etc…).

Payment for the visit can be made in cash or by bank transfer.

If the cancellation meets the established deadline or if it complies with the aforementioned exceptions, and the payment has already been made, the refund will be 100% of the amount. If the established deadlines and exceptions are not met, the minimum amount of 390 €, corresponding to 30 students, must be paid.
