0. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services offered on the website https://castillodealmodovar.com, owned by ABECERA SL (hereinafter, CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR).
The purchase of any of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of any Specific Terms and Conditions that may apply when purchasing certain services.
These General Terms and Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the purchase of any of the services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when made through any of the means detailed above.
3. SERVICES
The services offered, together with their main characteristics and prices, are displayed on screen.
CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to Customers. CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR may therefore add new products and/or services to those currently offered at any time. Likewise, CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the services offered.
Once inside https://castillodealmodovar.com, and in order to access the contracting of the various services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will involve reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in https://castillodealmodovar.com.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
SERVICES
For the provision of services, CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR will provide access as follows: To contract the service, contact details must be provided.
CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR shall not be liable for any damages that may be caused to said USER as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of https://castillodealmodovar.com during the provision thereof.
5. PURCHASE AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS
To make any purchase on https://castillodealmodovar.com, the customer must be of legal age.
The steps to follow to make a purchase are:

 - Fill in the required fields for contracting the service.
 - Indicate if you want an invoice.
 - Select payment method.
 - Notification of purchase to the customer.
 
It is also recommended that the customer print and/or save a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing their order, as well as the receipt sent by CASTILLO DE ALMODOVAR by email.
INVOICING
You will receive the corresponding invoice with your order. This invoice will be sent after the order has been placed.
COMMENTS
The customer will receive the paper invoice on the same day at the ticket office.
6. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS
Given the wide variety of activities that take place at the venue (film shoots, private and sporting events, private visits, school visits, groups, etc.) and the need to coordinate them, reservations made more than one month in advance will be confirmed at least one month before the scheduled date, once the Castle’s activity plan has been confirmed.
If the visit cannot take place on the date initially pre-booked, for reasons attributable to Almodovar Castle, a new date will be sought by mutual agreement or the amount will be refunded, at the customer’s discretion.
Similarly, the customer may cancel at least one month in advance without penalty. Failure to comply with this cancellation period will result in the loss of any amounts paid.
Confirmed pre-bookings may only be cancelled for reasons of force majeure.
CANCELACIONES
Las pre – reservas de fecha serán confirmadas al cliente con al menos un mes de antelación, una vez conocido el calendario definitivo de actividades del Castillo.
En caso de que la visita no pudiese ser efectuada en la fecha inicialmente pre – reservada, por causa imputable al Castillo de Almodovar, se procederá, de común acuerdo, a la búsqueda de una nueva fecha o la devolución del importe, a elección del cliente.
Igualmente, el cliente podrá cancelar con al menos 3 días de antelación (en el caso de visita no guiada, visita guiada cultural, visita guiada teatralizada, Jornadas medievales o Luna Negra) o 14 días (en el caso de almuerzo medieval), sin penalización alguna. El incumplimiento de este plazo de cancelación conllevará la pérdida de las cantidades abonadas
En el caso de las visitas escolares, el colegio podrá cancelar con al menos un mes de antelación, sin penalización alguna. Este plazo no será aplicable cuando la cancelación obedezca a motivos meteorológicos o que impidan la realización de la actividad. El incumplimiento de este plazo de cancelación conllevará el pago de un importe de 420 €, correspondientes a 30 alumnos.
Las pre – reservas confirmadas sólo podrán ser objeto de anulación por causa de fuerza mayor.

10. RESERVATION OF THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The right of admission to the facilities is reserved under the following conditions
– When the established capacity has been reached by users already inside the premises, enclosure or establishment.
– When the establishment’s closing time has been exceeded.
– When the person seeking to enter the establishment has not paid the entrance fee or ticket price, where applicable.
– When the person seeking to enter the establishment, or who is inside it, displays violent attitudes or behaviour, in particular when they behave aggressively or cause disturbances.
– When the person seeking access is carrying weapons or objects that could be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific regulations applicable at any given time, they are members of the security forces or private security guards employed by private security companies registered to carry out such activities and are accessing the establishment in the course of their duties.
– When attendees wear clothing or symbols that incite violence, racism or xenophobia.
– When the person seeking access causes dangerous situations or disturbances to other attendees or to the property, or does not meet hygiene requirements. In particular, access to or, where applicable, continued presence in the establishment will be denied to those who are consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or show signs of having consumed them, and those who show obvious signs or behaviour of being intoxicated.
– In the case of persons who have deliberately behaved in a manner that is harmful to the Castle and its staff.
11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. The language used shall be Spanish.
